15th August holds a significant place in the history of India. It is more special this year as we mark 75 years of freedom. 75th Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm at Jain International Residential School. The momentous day started with the hoisting of the National flag by the chief guest Mr. Srinivasan, accompanied by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Sinha - Principal, Mr. Rudra Kumar Sharma - COO, JIRS, and Mr. Gopal Raj - IBDP Coordinator. Students participated in the ceremonial parade. To commemorate the occasion, students delivered patriotic speeches in English and Hindi and highlighted the importance of the day. Next, the students sang patriotic songs which gave the message of peace and unity. All the performances were outstanding and heart-touching. The faces of students reflect immense joy and love for our country. The grand day of festivities concluded with the National Anthem.
